At the end of each year, publications often create Top 10 lists of stories and interactive features that summarize major happenings of that year. Most have marked 2020 as the beginning of a new decade, so lists of "Best of the Decade" summaries have emerged.

Since it's now 2020 I think it's appropriate that we look back at 2010-2019 and reflect upon the things that happened in the last decade.
Directions:
Begin by creating a Google Slides presentation and answering the prompts below.Part 1: Best Photos of the Decade
Let's look at some photos.
Go to the following Web sites and look at the photos there. On your Google Slide post the images of your THREE favorite photos and write a TWO sentence explanation for each photo that explains why it was one of your favorite photos of the decade.
In your paragraph you should address at least TWO of the following components:

- Subject matter (power, interest, emotion)
- The composition of the photo (rules, techniques)
- Exposure quality (light, dark, sharp, blurry)
I have included links for several Websites for you to look at. I suggest spending at least 15 minutes looking at these sites. You may have to wait for the images to load. You may need to search out the images on Google or make a screen capture of the image of your favorite photo. You should read the stories behind the photos you find compelling.
TIP: To do a screen capture hit Command + Shift + 4 and select the area you want to capture. It will save the photo on the desktop by default.
